| NOP carried out a survey of 559 current agency workers and asked them their opinions about 19 agencies known to be operating in the London area. This is the first survey of its kind. |
Most respondents (70%) were registered with two or more agencies. Social Workers were asked to rate the agencies they were registered with best, second best and third best across ten qualities of an agency.
